enVie soups are rich in vegetables.
250 ml of enVie soup contains 125 g of fresh vegetables. This counts for more than 1 of the 3 daily portions (100g) of vegetables that we should each consume daily.
The vegetables used in enVie soups are delicious and fresh. However, they were unwanted by the regular market for some reason. Either there was an overstock in the market on that day or they do not fit the conventional criteria: this courgette is too thin, this tomato is not round enough, these potatoes are too small or this chicory has battered outside leaves.
As long as they are fresh and of high quality, they are welcome at enVie!
